Description de projet

Winston Hydro Inc., mandated Equinox Construction Services (ECS) to carry out various studies and reviews as part of the List of corrective actions, in line with the Loi sur la sécurité des barrages. Theses studies included an Inspection Calendar, a Reliability Study, an updated to the Dam Safety Review, Geotechnical Classification Study, Stability Studies, and overall dam health studies.

ECS developed a comprehensive Dam Safety Review report that combined the work of 4 different consulting firms with various mandates and recommendations. ECS also coordinated an assessment of future OPEX and CAPEX investments, coordinated the Regulatory Agency’s requirements as well as all field data collection work.

Finally, ECS ensured proper conformity with applicable laws and proper data management throughout the process.
