Genifab mandated Equinox Construction Services (ECS) to assist with the review, analysis and preparation of various documents to be used during litigation involving a major construction claim. While the nature of the project, client and situation is protected by a Non-Disclosure Agreement, the major claim involved the use of a design-build contract, during the COVID-19 pandemic, which was heavily impact by supply chain disruptions.

ECS joined Genifab's review team and analyzed the bid documents, the assumptions and strategies used during the Bid Process, along with the estimates, quantities, drawings and quotes. ESC specializes in the analysis of Civil Work, notably the Excavation and Reinforced Concrete domains while equally assisting with the Process, Electrical and Ventilation domains.

By the end of the mandate, ECS contributed to justifying the Client's position during their major construction cost claim.
