The Challenge: Coordinating Work on Operational Infrastructure
Hydroelectric infrastructure projects often require work to be carried out while facilities remain operational.
At the Norland HP site, construction and engineering activities needed to be carefully coordinated to ensure the reliability and safety of the infrastructure. This required close collaboration between the client, engineering teams and site operations.
Maintaining operational continuity while supporting project execution was a central challenge throughout the mandate.
Intervention by Equinox Construction Services
Equinox Construction Services provided engineering coordination and field support to facilitate the implementation of work at the Norland HP facility.
Our team worked closely with the client and project stakeholders to align engineering requirements, procurement activities and construction operations. ECS ensured that site activities were carried out according to project specifications, safety requirements and operational constraints.
Through structured planning and effective coordination, Equinox supported the safe and efficient execution of the project.
